I’m Huda, a licensed therapist and the heart behind Huda’s Healing Haven!
I provide a supportive, thoughtful space for women seeking clarity, emotional balance, and meaningful change.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, trauma-informed, and client-centered. I believe healing is not about being “fixed,” but about feeling understood, supported, and guided at your own pace. While therapy can be a place of comfort, it can also be a space for growth. Part of my role is to gently challenge you when appropriate in order to help you explore the thoughts, emotions, or experiences you may have been avoiding – with care and intention rather than pressure.
In our work together, we focus on building insight, strengthening coping skills, and creating space to face what feels difficult in a way that is safe and manageable. Often, meaningful change begins when we approach what we have been protecting ourselves from…with the right support.
I work with women navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, and the internal pressures that can quietly build overtime. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, connected, and empowered both within yourself and in your daily life.
